Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the North Reach Project shows how Bodesign Studio transformed a newly built house into a warm, livable home filled with character.
Originally built by a mass builder, the home offered a great layout but lacked architectural interest and personality. Our scope included designing and furnishing the entryway, dining room, formal living room, and sunroom on the main floor.
As the personal home of Bodesign Studio’s owner and principal interior designer, Sana Boulabiar, the design reflects her signature blend of organic modern and Mediterranean inspired interiors. Architectural details such as arches, ceiling moldings, and wall paneling were added to bring depth, texture, and timeless charm. The color palette features earthy tones, natural materials, warm woods, soft whites, and muted terracottas creating a grounded and inviting atmosphere. Each room is thoughtfully layered with texture, tone, soft lighting and custom furnishings that evoke both comfort and elegance.
The result is a home where organic modern design
meets Mediterranean soul.
